Overnight Blueberry Cheese Cake Oats

Time: 10 minutes

Level: easy

This is a favorite recipe of mine for a quick and easy breakfast. Just spend 5 min the night before to put it all together and in the morning, you have a delicious and healthy breakfast. Not cooking the oats will preserve many of the minerals, making them packed with nutrients. This breakfast is also rich in fibre, good fats and protein.


  • 1/2 cup of whole oats
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or other fruit


Combine the ingredients in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning add 2 tbsp of plain yogurt (plant based or goat is best)
